The BrailleNote GPS and the Trekker Breeze are two of the best and easiest to use GPS systems designed for blind users.
GPS stands for Global Positioning System, and uses many satellites in space to calculate a specific position on Earth. Commercial GPS systems use a receiver that can receive information from the satellites to calculate your position. That's what the popular Garmin (and others) do for automobile drivers. Our systems do the same thing, however they've been specifically designed from the ground up to be accessible to blind users.

One of the nice things about it is, if you already know how to use the BrailleNote, you will be right at home using the BrailleNote GPS with it familiar KeySoft software and context sensitive help system.
